Before joining Leonardo, Jessie Hughes worked at Josephmark as a Creative Technologist, with the team sharing a creative language that carried naturally into this collaboration. Reuniting with her former Creative Director, Alex Naghavi, they leaned into those shared instincts in parallel with Hughes’ scripted keynote — aligning visual energy, narrative, and brand expression at scale.
